NOAK Study Urges Climate Finance of Adaptation-Mitigation Synergies

A report prepared for the Nordic Working Group for Global Climate Negotiations (NOAK) finds that synergies between climate change adaptation and mitigation can foster a more efficient, responsive and comprehensive climate policy.
